DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Atender as solicitações e os processos diariamente conforme pedidos/prioridades;
- Distribuir demandas/tarefas para a operação (suprimento, separação, conferência e recebimento);
- Responsável pela gestão do time de auxiliares de logística e analistas de logísticas;
- Acompanhar o fluxo operacional de recebimento, conferência, etiquetagem, separação, expedição, retorno, tratativas e insumos;
- Garantir o preenchimento dos controles internos e externos pelo time;
- Fazer a gestão dos indicadores de performance da sua área de atuação e desenvolver planos de ação imediatos para correção;
- Liderar a equipe, dando direcionamento aos seus liderados;
- Promover o engajamento e interação do time de auxiliares de logística reversa;
- Fazer o controle de ponto e férias dos seus liderados;
- Garantir a execução do trabalho padrão conforme definição em instrução de trabalho operacional e treinamento recebido.

- Liderar a equipe em todo o fluxo da operação, avaliando as condições de segurança das pessoas e dos equipamentos envolvidos, respeitando as- normas de segurança e qualidade, assegurando excelência em toda a cadeia de logística reversa, além de focar na melhoria dos resultados dos- indicadores de desempenho.
