**Job Details**:

- Position: Full-Time.
- Work Schedule: Flexible within 6 AM - 6 PM CST.
- Reporting To: Agency Owner.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Creating and editing SEO-optimized content using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cuppa, and Koala.sh.
- Mastering AI prompting to produce desired content outcomes.
- Working with a variety of content, particularly in healthcare and legal fields.
- Utilizing onpage SEO tools (Surfer, Neuron Writer, etc.) to finalize SEO-optimized content.
- Collaborating with Content Managers, Virtual Assistants and other writing/editing staff.
- Keyword research using tools like AHREFs and Answer the Public.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong skills in American English, including familiarity with slang and colloquialisms.
- Minimum of 1-year experience in SEO writing/editing.
- Proven experience with AI prompting and writing.
- Basic onpage SEO knowledge. (Meta Title and Description, H tags, proper use of bolding, citations, writing styles that Google prefers, etc.)
- Highly proficient in speaking and writing in American English, with a keen eye for detail in editing and knowledge of American slang and colloquialisms.
- High-end PC (lots of RAM) with multiple monitors, reliable broadband internet connection.
- Self-motivated with a dedicated workspace.

**Career Growth & Development**:

- Initial focus on content creation and editing, evolving into a Content Strategist role with additional responsibilities such as topical map creation, internal linking audits, etc.
- Continuous learning opportunities in SEO and AI-assisted content creation.
- Potential to advance into a content manager role or blend writing with other marketing areas based on aptitude and performance.

**Team Structure & Communication**:

- Part of a team working directly with the owner, assisting with meeting content creation goals each month.
- Regular use of Zoho Cliq for daily messaging and daily video calls for collaboration.
- Task tracking and status updates through Google Sheets and Notion.
- Encouraged to ask questions and seek guidance, with feedback provided after each task completion.

**Equipment & Software**:

- All necessary software for the role will be provided by the agency.
