Principal Quality Assurance Analyst

You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day continuously evaluating existing coverage, identifying gaps, and implementing test strategies to achieve as much confidence as possible on your automation. Your role requires you to advocate for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience.

You don't need to know every technology, but you're an enthusiastic creator who stays current and looks forward to trying new ideas. You're always looking for new ways to make tools better.

In this role, you will work with the development team to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for ADP's cloud-based Human Resource solutions to determine customer usability before deployment. This role is critical to making sure we deploy usable products.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**:

- Minimum 5 years working experience developing Test Frameworks in Javascript and Node.JS
- Minimum 5 years working experience with Selenium and Cucumber
- Knowledge of Continuous Deployment and Continuous Delivery
- Knowledge of Microservices and service-oriented architectures
- Advanced or Fluent English skills (medium to high capacity to interact with other teams)
**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE**:

- Knowledge of Security testing and Pen Testing
- Working experience with general test automation of e-commerce and financial software
- Working experience with DevOps, Jenkins, Ruby, NoSQL, Bash or Unix
- Previous experience as a Software Developer
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work on the E2E and integration test automation for a cross-skilled, fast paced team
- Work closely with Product Managers, Software Developers, and UX Designers to understand new and existing functionality
- Ability to identify software vulnerabilities, and to creatively think solutions to implement tests and stress the system in meaningful ways
- Create and maintain automated test frameworks, test strategies, and test plans
- Provide input on issues that impact product performance and system stability
- Review test reports and triage test failures; reproduce, problems and verify fixes
- Assist on release certification from a quality perspective
