**We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst** to join our team and help us make data-driven decisions that shape the future of our product.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Identify the causes of changes in business process dynamics
- Analyze user behavior and uncover hidden patterns
- Evaluate and interpret results of A/B tests and experiments
- Contribute to product development and strategic planning
- Assess the potential impact of proposed product changes
- Build and maintain up-to-date, insightful dashboards

**We expect from you**:
**Hard Skills**:

- Degree in mathematics, statistics, or a technical field
- Strong grasp of statistical methods and probability theory
- Solid experience in data extraction, transformation, and visualization (MS SQL, Python, Excel)
- Proven experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests
- Understanding of key product and marketing metrics: LTV, CPA, Retention, CR, etc.

**Soft Skills**:

- **Product thinking**: ability to interpret data through the lens of user needs and behavior
- **Systems thinking**: capable of connecting high-level strategy with detailed execution
