We are looking for a **Marketing Analyst** to join the Research Center of our Core Business department.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Develop, manage, and continuously improve weekly and monthly marketing reports to ensure up-to-date insights and data accuracy.
- Conduct daily monitoring of key product and campaign performance metrics; promptly identify, analyze, and report significant deviations from expected results.
- Integrate and visualize data from multiple sources to provide clear, actionable insights.
- Prepare comprehensive analyses and summary reports on advertising campaigns, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.

**We expect from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in technical, mathematical, or economic fields.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, with advanced skills in pivot tables.
- Basic understanding of MS SQL.
- Strong foundation in mathematical statistics.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

**Nice to have**:

- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, SuperSet).
