**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to support decision-making.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of transactions.
- Monitor cash flow, financial risks, and investment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and insights.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial operations and cost efficiency.
- Support in financial modeling and strategic financial planning.
- Keep up-to-date with fintech industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure banking facilities and ensure smooth financial operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or CFA is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proven experience in building and managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
