A practice in Victoria's Goldfields region is looking for a senior veterinary nurse to assist in leading their team.

This full time role will see the successful applicant being responsible for training junior staff members and supporting the vets in their day-to-day work.

The practice prides themselves on having a good, positive work environment.

The position would be well suited to a competent, friendly and outgoing veterinary nurse. Applicants should be patient and have a calm manner. An interest in training staff would be advantageous.

The practice is located just outside a large regional centre. The area has many hobby farms, and the practice provides services to these clients. They also have a large small animal caseload.

The area is friendly, progressive and has a sense of community with outstanding recreational facilities. There are plenty of ways to spend your time off, as both Melbourne and the Surf Coast are only 1.5 hours away
