About the role:
An exciting career opportunity for an astute Senior Care Manager to join our Andrew Kerr Care facility in Mornington, Victoria, and lead our team of dedicated health care professionals.

You will be responsible for:

- Providing leadership, clinical supervision and management of clinical and care services for all residents, including responsibility for the assessment, planning, delivery and monitoring of all care
- Ensuring clinical care and allied health interventions that the individual needs of our residents are met, and that the quality of life for the resident is optimised
- In conjunction with the Residential Services Manager, maintain compliance with ACFI and Accreditation requirements

You are passionate about what you do and want to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered nurse
- Previous experience in clinical management roles within aged care
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in Contemporary Aged Care Services

Essentials for working in Aged Care:

- A current Working With Children & Vulnerable People card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
- Australian working rights
- Ability to pass a national police clearance
