- Long DescriptionWith presence in more than 20 countries and more than 40.000 employees, we are an international group dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of metal automotive components. The Group specializes in developing innovatively designed products to achieve increasingly safer and lighter vehicles, thereby reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
- Located in Santpedor (Barcelona) we are looking to hire a **Business Controller.**
- As part of the Controlling team of the Europe Division, you will be responsible for the following functions:
- Participation in the planning and budgeting of the plants of the perimeter.
- Preparation of financial and management reports providing information on the performance of the plants, both at financial and operational level.
- Follow-up of monthly closings and forescat both at P&L and BL level, identifying the most relevant deviations.
- Monitoring of key indicators (KPIs) to assess compliance with objectives: Sales, EBITDA, WC. MFCF, Performance, OEE,...
**Required**:
- Degree in Administration and Finance or similar.
- Advanced English (C1 or similar)
- +3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Office: High level Excel and PowerPoint + Outlook + Word
- Previous experience with SAP will be an asset
