This role works at a field site (Offshore), providing quality service to the customer. It may include Installation, execution, job design, and follow-up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used

**As a Wellhead Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for**:

- Providing technical direction for activities to internal / external teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.
- Overseeing, executing, coordinating, reviewing, troubleshooting for installations of our wellhead equipment at customer site / Rigs.
- Have a broad communication, versatility and resourcefulness to work for several customers in different Offshore and Onshore environments in Brazil, Latin America and several other global countries. Have Clear think to be available to participate in several trainings in Brazil and other countries.
- Preparing and updating technical documentation, preparing operational plans, filling out daily report and briefing reports for customers and cross-functional teams.
- Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.
- Under the direct supervision of the Field Service leader, receive and follow specific detailed instructions, following the Operating Procedures (OSP) and company guidelines.
- Learn and assist other team members during installation and/or field maintenance activities on customer Sites / Rigs.
- Being responsible to explain, coordinate and execute maintenance/installation of wellhead equipment and assisting the other crew members in performing the assigned scope of work.
- Interacting with team, offshore and onshore supervision to ensure service execution with quality and mentoring to help new technicians.
- Performing other related duties as required. Being available and I request to embark on other product lines from Baker Hughes, mainly in the ANM / Maniflod area.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Mechanical Technical degree or Engineering degree.
- Good experience in Offshore activities, with international experience being desirable.
- Have already proven good experience in Wellhead Equipment installations.
- Have advanced knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
- Have the ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Desirable to have knowledge in hydraulics and/or electrical
- Having excellent verbal and written English, a second language is desirable.
- Be ready to travel significantly (up to 80%) without geographical restriction (Domestic & International), including offshore facilities
- Have the ability to work well and communicate with others.
- Hold a valid passport and valid driver’s license.
