Be responsible for processes and procedures related to Baker Hughes' customs clearance.

You will be responsible for processes and procedures related to the movement and shipment of Baker Hughes goods across borders. Understands concepts, methods, procedures, and approaches.

**As a** Lead** **Logistic Specialist**, you will be responsible for**:

- Develop and lead end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods
- Define strategy to improve and reduce Logistics Costs to meet budgets and/or Op Plans.
- Lead and suggest processes improvement always focused on customer needs (Internally and external)
- Actively part of the ITO cost build-up to ensure the right cost and lead times are being considering for new customer orders
- Ensure the right and clear communication rhythm is in place with planning and sourcing to report items projected delivery dates
- Lead and facilitate communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered
- Contributes to project as a team member. Work goals typically take 1-3 month to complete, and results are seen immediately or within 1-2 months
- Managing relationships with BH businesses, lead ongoing communications and ensure effective stakeholder management
- Be the point of contact for all Niteroi International logistics strategy and report out
- Define and implement KPIs for the department in line to the business strategy

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor’s Degree
- Strong experience with international logistics (required)
- Fluent English (required)
- Demonstrate experience in Drawback, Temporary Importation & Exportation, Repetro and others Special Customs Regimes
- Solid knowledge with Excel and Power point (required)
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem-solving skills
- Pro-actively seek for improvement on the process and way to work
