The Lead Project Specialist is responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As **Lead Project Specialist**, you will be responsible for:

- Local Content consolidation and certification process.
- Engage and support Contracts Manager in the identification, preparation, negotiation of Change Order Requests towards Customer.
- Supporting the Senior Contracts Manager on all tasks related to measurement, invoicing, escalation, changes to the contract with Customer and Suppliers.
- Control of Technical and Commercial Documentation with Customer and Supplier
- Organize and update in the system all exchange of documentation that is carried out between Engineering, Customer and Supplier.
- Update the necessary documentation to be submitted for customer approval based on information provided by the areas: Engineering and Quality.
- Monitoring of documentation by conducting Follow Up meetings weekly.
- Create and revise Sales Orders of current projects in relevant systems.
- Support and update ARM (Active Risk Management).
- Interface with various departments at Baker Hughes

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor’s degree or Engineering, Administration, Law or related areas.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Be able to speak fluently Portuguese and advanced English, with good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience with PETROBRAS Projects is desirable
- Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is desirable.
- Skills in Office Package.
