Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Supervising a team of project managers responsible for Subsea Services Tooling & Equipment Repair in Brazil.
- Coordinating and planning, execution, conclusion and invoicing of projects / contract activities while guarantee adherence to contractual clauses.
- Coordinating customer interface; engaging in conflict resolution and assuring delivering upon targets/deadlines.
- Ensuring execution of the projects in terms of the main contractual obligations including timely delivery, quality, and compliance with contract scope as safeguarding expected profitability of the project itself.
- Warranting early problems identification and resolution during the project by highlighting potential areas of concern and promptly driving other departments in solving issues which affect project execution.
- Reporting of activity forecasts, ensuring revenue, resources and margins predictability to upper management.
- Keeping continuous improvement of team’s project management processes.

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Have experience in Project Management.
- Have experience in Project Leadership.
- Have experience in International Customer
- Be a good communicator in English (fluent) & Portuguese (native/fluent). Fluent Spanish (preferred).
- Ability to work through detailed execution planning with Engineering, Manufacturing and Logistics.
