**ROLE PURPOSE**
- The Project Manager has the overall responsibility to deliver the Project in accordance with both the contractual requirements and SBM’s internal requirements. You may be assigned to lead Projects or to such tasks as Interface Management, Delivery Management, Area Management, or Change Management, depending upon the size and complexity of the Project.**ROLE CONTRIBUITION**
- Lead the team inspiring others to achieve the project completion as per plan, capacity to differentiate team skills, expertise, and temperament. Capacity to forecast the project bottlenecks and act with the team. To promote initiatives for savings and optimize project execution. To follow up project execution and monitor KPIs (Productivity, cost performance index, etc). Overall responsible for budget proposals and its follow up. To support project manager on decision making and resource allocation. To manage department workload, High capacity to influence stakeholders to follow up the project execution schedule. To ensure project execution strategy by challenging constructability reviews and planning reviews**REQUIREMENTS**- Experience in Project Management (minimum 2 years, desired 4 years leading team);
Experience in relevant projects in oil and gas industry acting as project lead or project responsible (Floatel, Planned SD’s, Modification Projects);
Experience with Brownfield Projects is an advantage;
Certification in PMP or Postgraduate in Project Management is an advantage;
Advanced English.
