**TENDER PROJECT LEAD**

**Job description**:

- C&A single point of contact towards Subsea Tender Teams (STTs) on assigned tenders.
- Approval of tendered cost and schedule within agreed limits.
- Authority to use tender database iTwo for costing and reporting.
- Must manage the tender estimation representative role described in GBPMS.
- Execute C&A tender kick-off and direct the costing process within C&A departments.
- Provide and consolidate the C&A Tender risks (technical, commercial, operational).
- Interaction to other tender resources within Company. This includes but is not limited to: Tender Manager, PEM, Tender leads from other sub-systems, C&A tender coordinators, planners etc.
- When requested by Tender Manager, act as commercial contact towards clients, sub-suppliers and third parties.
- Consolidate the Execution model for tendered scope of work including engineering executing location, procurement plan, schedule and ITP.
- Prepare and present C&A Management Cost Review including cost benchmark, gap analysis, escalation and contingencies.
- Provide metrics on cost breakdown, PIR and cancellation costs when requested by STTs.
- Review and verify completeness of C&A tender package.
- Manage Post-Tender clarifications with respect to original tender commitments and obtain subsequent approval as needed.
- Prepare and execute handover with Projects and REMS Manufacturing locations according to TFMC process.
- Support C&A Product Delivery Manager (PDM) during Project mobilization period.

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Bachelor in Egineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls and Automation or others).
- Experience in related fields.
- Product knowledge, C&A products in subsea production equipment
- System knowledge, C&A systems in subsea production equipment.
- Skilled in use of iTWO, SAP, Office 365 and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent command in English (advanced).
