Project Integration Specialist The Project Integration Specialist is a key player in the integration and coordination of various IT projects within an organization. Leadership and Technical Consulting: Acting as a technical lead to ensure that project implementations are aligned with architectural design, guiding cross-functional teams, and fostering communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. End-to-End Solution Design: Develop and implement comprehensive integration plans for IT projects, leveraging expertise in systems integration and architecture. Project and Resource Management: Plan and manage the timelines and deliverables of integration projects, ensuring timely completion and optimal resource utilization. Main Responsibilities: Technology Selection and Validation: Conduct thorough technical assessments and feasibility studies for new integration projects to determine the best approach and resources needed. Risk Management: Identify and resolve integration issues and technical challenges through troubleshooting and collaboration with technical teams. Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the integration process, maintaining a high level of quality and control. Documentation and Continuous Improvement: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including integration plans, status reports, and risk assessments, to inform future project improvements. Essential Requirements (Hard Skills): Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, integration, or related field, with a proven track record of success. Systems Integration: Experience with a variety of integration tools and platforms to facilitate the integration of projects, configuring and maintaining them effectively. Soft Skills: Communication and Influence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences, building trust and confidence through clear and concise messaging. Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead by example, working with cross-functional teams and building consensus among stakeholders through effective collaboration and communication strategies.
