Technical Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to drive customer satisfaction and support R&D projects focused on developing a chemical product that enhances water injectivity in oil reservoirs. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process Subject Matter Expert for their area of support Support the field technically through different media (online, phone calls and technical papers) 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed Share knowledge across the organization by submitting best practices, case histories & lessons learned to the knowledge management database Follow up on field failures that require Technology involvement and ensure that the learning is shared across the field Raise an alert across the Service Delivery organization whenever an unfamiliar technical issue arises on a job Coach other technical resources in their area of expertise Communicate to Engineering and Technology organization on issues and lessons learned related to different technologies PL specific responsibilities Handles special projects as required Supervise R&D Project Prepare and present all the information for Gate Meetings Supervise the lab testing and review result Communicate and review the results with the SME in USA Make meeting with Petrobras to review the project Get all the documents and support to refund the cost Qualifications Have bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or Industrial Engineering Displays initiative, is self-driven & flexible Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to develop and mentor others Availability on call outside of normal business hours Good communication skills Fluency in English and Portuguese is a requirement for this role Desired Characteristics Thorough understanding of PL technology and Service Delivery requirements Significant operational experience End to End knowledge of the drilling and completion process is an advantage Ability to learn and use various computer tools to prepare data and visualizations for analysis Ability to work independently Work Schedule Flexible working patterns: Working regular hours from a Retic‑RJ based Baker Hughes office.
