As a **Customer Experience Specialist** you will be responsible for provide essential support with a focus on order management, logistics, and supply chain activities, you'll collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensure an effective & efficient order-to-cash process.
- Keep customer requirements updated in our system.
- Build an intimate relationship with DSM-Firmenich customers & internal stakehorlders.
- Provide regular reports, information to stakeholders.
- Monitor performance on agreed KPIs: ensure targets are met and develop improvement plans when necessary.
- Manage daily escalations & issues.
- Open, follow up customer’s non-conformities.

**You Bring**
- B.S degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
- Customer care related experience.
- Fluent Portuguese, Advanced level of Spanish and Intermediate level of English.
- Pro-active, positive attitude, responsible and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
