The AMS Tax team is building to work with other corporate functions on tax advisory, planning, structuring, and tax controversy. We ensure compliance with direct (corporate income tax) and indirect tax (sales and use tax and property tax) and solve tax related issues.

Position Summary
TikTok is seeking a Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager who will become an integral part of our global Tax Department. In this role, you will be providing transfer pricing and tax related support for our entities in Latin America (i.e., Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina, etc.). Your responsibilities will include but not limited to operational transfer pricing, transfer pricing compliance, business support, tax optimization, and tax audit assistance, etc. We expect this role to face some of the most dynamic challenges in Transfer Pricing and to have plenty of learning and growth opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain, monitor, and implement operational transfer pricing processes;
- Manage periodical transfer pricing calculations for Latin American entities;
- Work with external consultants to prepare, review, and maintain contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation / local file for Latin American entities;
- Respond to relevant internal and external transfer pricing and tax inquires, and assist Business Partners with resolving transfer pricing issues on a timely basis;
- Liaise and collaborate closely with finance teams to provide ad-hoc advice and solutions;
- Assist in undertaking internal transfer pricing risk assessment;
- Perform functional and financial analyses to reaffirm the existing TP policies;
- Maintain, implement, monitor and review the relevant transfer pricing policies;
- Monitor and analyze proposed and newly enacted transfer pricing legislation, regulations and judicial decisions that impact the Company’s operations and financial positions.

**Qualifications**:

- Transfer pricing/tax related experience in a large MNC and/or an accounting firm;
- Experiences in transfer pricing matters for Latin American countries (i.e., Mexico, Brazil, Columbia, Argentina, etc.);
- Strong time management skills and verbal communication skills;
- Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and interpretation;
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is an asset.
