**Your Impact**:
As a Senior Account Executive for Vimeo's LATAM team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our expansion by introducing Vimeo's Enterprise and OTT offerings to a new market. You'll be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their unique video needs, and demonstrating how Vimeo's innovative solutions can elevate their business.

This position will manage Vimeo's Enterprise accounts in the Spanish Speaking LATAM territory, serving companies with 1,000+ employees. This role will target both new business and expansion within existing accounts.

**What You'll Do**:

- Drive revenue growth by consistently exceeding sales quota targets for Vimeo Enterprise and Vimeo OTT through new business and expansion within existing accounts.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted consultant to understand their business objectives and video challenges.
- Master Vimeo's platform and articulate its unique value proposition to prospects, showcasing how our tools can streamline workflows, enhance video content, and expand audience reach.
- Skillfully navigate the sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and close, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving video landscape, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings, positioning Vimeo as the go-to solution for businesses in LATAM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to share insights, drive innovation, and contribute to Vimeo's continued success in the LATAM market.

**Skills and Knowledge You Possess**:

- **5+ years of Proven Success**: Demonstrated track record of generating and closing new business and expanding existing accounts, ideally within the LATAM market.
- **Entrepreneurial Spirit**: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities with enthusiasm.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Dedicated to understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive business outcomes.
- **Exceptional Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Data-Driven**: Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage pipelines, track progress, and analyze sales data.
- **Passion for Video**: A genuine interest in the power of video and a desire to help businesses harness its potential to achieve their goals.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative, supportive, and eager to contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.

**Bonus Points**:

- **Existing Network**: Established relationships with businesses and decision-makers in the Spanish Speaking LATAM market.
- **Video Industry Expertise**: Knowledge of online video, live streaming, advertising, and content distribution trends.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with video production, editing, and related technologies.
- Methodology: knowledge of MEDDPICC
