**Job Purpose**
- Execute supply chain planning activities for Emerging Markets Regional Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO’s).
- Lead, guide and develop Regional Supply Chain Planner capabilities to execute supply chain planning activities for Emerging Markets Regional CMO’s.
- Plan end to end supply within the 0-3 year horizon to ensure product availability to patients whilst optimizing working capital costs.
- To initiate, co-ordinate and implement, all process improvement activity within the region.
- Business partnering the CMO’s in order to minimize the effect of material unavailability, minimizing the overstock materials (bulk/API’s) & FG’s and improving material planning processes for the regional CMO’s under responsibility.
- Accountable for material planning/purchasing (bulk/API’s).
**_ Your Responsibilities:_** This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are:
- Ensure that this role implements an optimized plan for the end-to-end supply chain, with specific focus on cost, lead time, inventory, complexity and customer service.
- Develop supply plans based on required demand to allow production efficiency and inventory reduction
- Drive SCIM (Supply Chain Issue Management) resolution through performance management, to pro-actively identify any potential supply chain issues with the purpose of preventing stock outs occurring and minimizing the impact on sales in the markets under scope (with the bulk/API sites and with the CMO’s)
- Participate/lead SRM (Supply Review Meeting) with the necessary stakeholders as part of the CCC (Core Commercial Cycle) process, to assess any capacity issue in order to maximize customer service, minimize inventory, and minimize operating costs.
- Implement, drive and improve the standard CCC (Core Commercial Cycle) processes for the CMO supply chain planning (in alignment with all key stakeholders).
- Accountable for determining stock policy for all materials (bulk/API’s) required for the production process at the CMO’s under responsibility.
- Set boundaries, policies and replenishment models for the material planning (bulk/API’s).
- Ensuring adherence, management of inventory/obsolescence.
- Monitoring and performance management of CMO material planning activities e.g. adherence to planning parameters, adherence to contractual terms, overall working capital performance versus targets.
- Business partnering CMO’s in terms of escalation in order to prevent supply issues, mitigate overstocks and improve processes.

**_Basic Qualifications:_** We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals:
- University degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar disciplines.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics or similar disciplines
- Ability to drive continuous improvement across the supply chain
- Experience within a regional role and team management
- Planning systems knowledge (SAP, Office programs, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience in Project Management
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish or Portuguese.
**_ Preferred Qualifications:_**
- Experience within supply chain preferably in FMCG and/or Pharma sector
