Team Overview:
As the internal communications senior analyst you will be able to create relevant content for our employees, so they can have the clarity and confidence they need to do their best work. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities with the internal channels flow, you will support the Internal Communications Senior Manager with critical business initiatives and change management.

Role Responsibilities:
In this role you will:

- Contribute to our internal communications strategy
- Plan, create and publish creative and engaging content for our internal communication channels
- Ensure company initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to team members
- Connect with other teams and stakeholders to achieve cross functional communication goals
- Consult and suggest on policies and best practices to facilitate conversations between teams and employees and break down silos
- Monitor communication metrics, to share the effectiveness of our internal communication strategy and identify improvement points
- Assist in planning and executing internal events and rituals

Role Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in Internal communications activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
- Solid problem-solving and time-management abilities
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
