**What you'll do**:

- Contribute to our internal communications and endomarketing strategy
- Assist in planning and executing internal events and rituals
- Plan, create and publish creative and engaging content for our internal communication channels in partnership with other members of the Internal Comms team, influencing connections and culture across our global team
- Ensure company initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to team members
- Consult and suggest on policies and best practices to facilitate conversations between teams and employees and break down silos
- Create and monitor communication metrics, build reports/dashboards to share the effectiveness of our internal communication strategy and identify improvement points
- Manage People team content on the company knowledge base, ensuring that it is up-to-date, informative and engaging
- Connect with other teams and stakeholders to achieve cross functional communication goals

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Outstanding oral and written communications skills including writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
- Demonstrated previous experience in internal communication/endomarketing
