Job Title:
Outbound Sales RepresentativeSalary Range: $1000 - $1,500 per monthExperience Required: 2+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify potential clients through market research and develop targeted prospect lists.
- **Sales Outreach & Follow-Up**:
- Craft personalized LinkedIn messages to connect with potential customers.
- Follow up on leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Relationship Building & Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Sales Reporting & Metrics**:
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
- Track key performance metrics such as conversion rates and follow-up schedules.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of proven outbound sales experience.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
