**Who You'll Work With**:
You will be based in our Sao Paulo office and will be a part of the Finance team.

You'll also work with cash flow actuals and projections, bank reconciliation and interactions with different banks.

**What You'll Do**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable process (vendors, taxes, exchange agreements and expense reports), primarily processing of invoices within the agreed service levels with high quality standards by adhering to policies of the assigned offices/regions & not deviating from the established process controls.

You will be responsible for negotiation of bank fees and best foreign exchange rates to the firm. Manage the users in our banks and share the funds in each of the accounts when necessary.

You will be responsible for cash flow control, inflows and outflows of actuals and projections to reflect the most updated and accurate final position.

Your main responsibility will be analyzing and clearing the daily reports such as emergency invoices, interface rejection reports, unpaid report etc. You will be a good team player, working along with the team to achieve the common goals.

You are also expected to demonstrate continuous improvement mindset & suggest implementable ideas for process simplifications or efficiency improvements. You will be responsible for regular preparation and reporting of various weekly/fortnightly/monthly reports to office and management.

Lastly, you need to ensure that process documentation is updated regularly and take-up additional responsibility or engage in new transitions as and when required. You are also expected to provide support during various audits conducted for the offices.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 3+ years of finance and/or accounting experience
- Experience in interaction with different banks
- Experience to work with Excel
- Independent project management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent organizational ability and keen attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to team members and internal stakeholders in both verbal and written form and to influence others
- Experience in a Accounts Payable and Treasury environment preferred
- Fluent in Portuguese, Advanced in English
