**Jr Accounts Payable Analyst**:

**Summary**:
As an Accounts Payable Analyst at Latitude.sh, you will be responsible to maintain the payment schedule and contribute to the cash flow performance of the Company. Identifying opportunities for improvement, and making suggestions and studies that support decision-making, are also essential. We are looking for a self-motivated person with a profile-driven ability to solve problems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input information in the database (spreadsheet and finance software) and guarantee accurate accounts payable records;
- Provide relevant information to have payments approved;
- Manage and obtain approvals for AP invoices;
- Manage corporate credit card payments;
- Review, and obtain invoice requisitions and information for payment approval;
- Prepare periodic reports, AP aging reports, reconciliations, and other records as part of the month-end and annual close process;
- Clarify any questionable invoice items, credit card charges, expenses, prices, or invoice approvals;
- Reconcile bank statements
- Track company spending to ensure transactions are within policy and budget;
- Collaborate with the implementation and revision of correlated policies; Work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.

**Skills and qualifications**:

- Strong English communication skills, both written and oral mandatory** (B2 and above);**:

- Bachelors’ degree, preferably in areas related to Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;
- Experience in developing financial reports using Excel or Google Sheets;
- Familiar with concepts like Capex, Opex, and loans;
- Sense of urgency; Excellent math skills.
