The Contractor, Accounts Payable Sr. Analyst will be responsible for the daily activities related to Accounts Payable for the LATAM region (Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru), dealing with a high demand of Invoices processing.

Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable (A/P) function. This includes, but may not be limited to, the following: accurate and timely review, verification and processing of vendor invoices and payments through ERP Oracle (SAP in short term).

He/she maintains an organized filing system and conducts all assignments in accordance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Manage receipt of invoices and process them in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Reconciles with purchase orders and ensures invoices are appropriately approved.-
- Accurately enters transactions into PTC’s ERP system (Oracle/SAP) and records any adjustments.-
- Prepares weekly wire transfer requests and creates and maintains bank templates for national and foreign payments.-
- Execute activities related to bank reconciliations, employee reimbursements and corporate credit cards.-
- Assists with month, quarter, and year-end closing processes.-
- Builds and maintains positive internal and external relationships while researching and resolving invoicing issues.-
- Performs other tasks and assignments as needed and specified by management.- REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Administration or related disciplines-
- Solid current Accounts Payable experience-
- Familiarity with taxes and two-way matching (i.e., purchase orders and invoices).-
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.-
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.-
- Intermediary English level is required. Spanish would be a plus-
- Good customer service skills.-
- Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle and SAP preferable)-
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, as required, in a fast-paced, matrixed, team environment consisting of internal and external team members.-
- Analytical thinker with good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.EEO Statement:
