Accounts Payable Analyst

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
We are hiring an ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ANALYST to join our FINANCE team

This role is to join the Brazil Accounts Payable team, responsible for managing global payments to the partners of Gympass, that is gyms, apps, and therapists. As a Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be expected to deal with a high value and volume of payments, and answer to internal clients. The position will work closely with the Operations, Commercial, and Accounting teams to align and improve processes related to the payments.

**YOUR IMPACT**:

- Support the monthly payout
- Review rejected payments
- Perform monthly reconciliations
- Maintain a large number of payments
- Ensure to be compliance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor all bills and payment issues, and resolve any escalated issues for the same
- Advance payments control and reconciliation
- Jira tickets follow up on a daily basis

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business
- Previous experience with accounts payable or general accounting
- Strong analytic abilities experience
- Mandatory proficiency in both spoken and written English
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Cloud knowledge and skills
- Spoken and written Spanish is a plus
- Experience working with Netsuite, Jira, and Concur is a plus
