**About the role**
The Junior Accounts Payables Analyst is responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers. This role plays a critical part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the overall efficiency of the finance department.

**In this role, you will**:
Review and verify invoices and check requests.
Sort, code, and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system.
Track and process expense reports and employee reimbursements.
Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues.
Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payments and invoices.

**What you need to have to be considered**
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred.
Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Advanced English

**These will help you stand out**
Experience with ERP systems.
Familiarity with three-way matching and procurement processes.
Knowledge of tax regulations related to vendor payments (e.g., VAT, withholding).
