We are now excited to expand into new regions as we continue to grow our teams About the Role Blue is looking for an organized, proactive, and analytical Junior Accounts Payable Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our accounts payable and receivable, supporting monthly closings, and maintaining strict control over expenses. If you have a strong background in Accounting, speak fluent English, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Transaction Processing: Enter all accounts payable and receivable invoices into the system and submit invoices through the purchasing platform. Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile AP/AR records, including bank reconciliations and projected cash flow reports (weekly). Expense Management: Control expenses and process employee reimbursements in a timely manner. Reporting: Assist leadership with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, internal reports, and management reviews. Supplier Management: Maintain up-to-date supplier records, including commercial terms and contact information. Compliance & Support: Assist with mandatory delivery processes, support local and group audits, and maintain departmental files/databases. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. At least 2 years of previous experience in Accounts Payable / Bookkeeping. Advanced English (Communication, comprehension, and writing) is mandatory. Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards for SMEs. Strong attention to detail with a strategic vision. Sense of urgency, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills. Great interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team. Enjoyment of challenges, learning, and working in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have: Knowledge of ERP systems.
