**Who are we?**:
**In one sentence**:
Work as part of Amdocs Finance Team responsible for managing accounts payable process in 9 different countries in Latin America, ensuring timely payment of suppliers and employee’s expenses as well as providing support to all stakeholders from the financial area.

**What will your job look like?**:

- You will have the opportunity to drive the accountability of all actions related to suppliers’ payments, employees’ expenses, relationship with bookkeepers and change/update requests.
- You will perform accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and expenses reimbursement.
- You will run, analyze and delivery weekly and monthly financial reports to be shared with different department in the organization.
- You will also take action and follow-up on all matters related to supplier setup.
- You will ensure that standard operating procedures and policy documents are followed in order to achieve compliance with processes and adherence to Amdocs internal policies.
- You will also ensure that payment runs are scheduled in accordance with the agreed on calendar and facilitates payments to vendors and employees.
- You will have a chance to work with internal customers on cases that are unresolved or open and take action to bring them to closure.
- You will support stakeholders in the understanding and completion of process activities.
- You will contribute and support system UAT managers and provide feedback on needed improvements.

**All you need is...**:

- Graduation in Economy, Business, Accounting or similar
- At least 4-5 years’ experience within Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, General Ledger, or Travel Reimbursement department
- Office - Advanced
- ERP experience (SAP advantage)
- English - Fluent
- Spanish - Intermediary
