**Who We Are**:

- Enterprise Services is Bloomberg’s client-facing team, focused on delivering exceptional support across trading, regulatory, and compliance workflows. In Brazil, we partner with financial institutions operating in a highly complex and regulated environment, supporting them as they navigate frameworks from CVM, BACEN, and ANBIMA, as well as global compliance requirements.- The Vault + RHUB Hybrid role is part of a specialized team that works across two critical Bloomberg enterprise platforms—Vault, for data archiving and communications oversight, and RHUB, for regulatory reporting and trade surveillance. These tools help our clients meet compliance obligations while managing sensitive data and complex multi-party infrastructures.

**Language Requirements**:

- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Spanish is a nice to have.

**What’s the Role?**
- As a Hybrid Specialist, you’ll support clients across two key regulatory platforms: Vault and RHUB. You’ll be trained to develop expertise in both tools and act as a go-to resource for a broad range of compliance and data management workflows.- This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where success means balancing technical know-how with excellent communication and a service mindset. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Account Managers—ensuring our clients in Brazil and across Latin America can meet their evolving obligations with confidence.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manage incoming client queries for both Vault and RHUB, delivering accurate, timely support and clear resolutions
- Develop a strong understanding of data ingestion, archiving protocols, encryption, and client communications oversight
- Learn how clients use RHUB to fulfill obligations around best execution, surveillance, and regulatory reporting
- Troubleshoot data workflows and collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical issues
- Participate in working groups and continuous improvement efforts across Enterprise Services
- Help localize best practices to meet Brazil-specific regulatory needsMaintain internal documentation and share insights with team members to strengthen knowledge sharing

**You’ll Need to Have**:

- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (support, compliance, technology, or operations)
- Interest in regulatory frameworks and electronic communication surveillance
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as FTP, data ingestion, and encryption
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn new products, systems, or workflowsStrong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English

**We’d Love to See**:

- Prior experience working with compliance platforms, eComms archiving, or trade surveillance
- Exposure to RHUB, Vault, or similar systems
- Experience working with data feeds, APIs, or third-party data platforms
- Comfort working in multi-stakeholder environments
- Spanish language skills
