**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify, reach out to, and engage potential clients in Spanish-speaking markets to introduce our forex trading services.
- Promote and sell forex trading products, tailoring your approach to meet the needs of both new and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and expertise to enhance clients' trading experiences.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized support.
- Stay informed about financial news, forex market trends, and company offerings to provide timely, accurate information to clients.
- Work closely with the sales team and management to meet individual and collective performance targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks.
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, activities, and follow-ups.
- **
Demonstrated success as a Forex Sales Agent or in a comparable sales role within the financial trading sector.**
- ** Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken)** to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients.
- ** In-depth understanding of forex markets, trading concepts, and financial instruments.**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong interpersonal abilities to establish trust and rapport with clients.
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales-related tools to manage client interactions and streamline workflows.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and market challenges effectively.
- Capable of working independently and contributing positively within a team environment.
