Treasury Senior Specialist Brazil

**Your Purpose**

We are searching for a Treasury Senior Specialist for Brazil to spearhead our efforts in defining the treasury strategy and servicing the Brazilian entity. The responsibilities of this position include opening bank accounts cashflow follow up, budget measuring to ensure liquidity and working capital, strong knowledge on treasury systems (Kyriba desirable) baking connectivity, Finnet or similar knowledge, advanced Excel skills, leading projects such are automatization of procedures day to day suppliers' payments (nationals and internationals). They'll be involved in preparing, maintaining, analyzing, verifying, and reconciling complex financial transactions, statements, records, and reports. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in treasury and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.

**Who You Are**

Failure to meet any of the following required qualifications could result in an automatic rejection.
- Build the best banking operational structure for the company.
- Working closely with Brazilian banks - day to day activities.
- Attending Brazilian central bank requirements for compliance and regulatory purposes.
- FX transactions.
- Banking connectivity knowledge through SWIFT, BAI transmission methods.
- Finnet connectivity and operation is a plus.
- Creation of treasury policies and procedures for the Brazilian operation as needed.
- Identify operational opportunities to ensure the best practices in the company's local treasury.
- Constant monitoring, managing, and procuring of corporate cash flow, having the best structure.
- Maintaining treasury systems to improve operational banking transactions and cash management (Kyriba preferably).
- Aiding the company´s Treasurer at opening banking accounts.
- Operating distinct online banking services.
- Improve and optimize the payments procedures.
- Identify and avoid operational risk.
- Fulfilling auditing information requests as needed
- Maintaining constant communication with the Financial Planning and Accounting teams to ensure the veracity of accounting and financial information in the necessary periodicity working close with other teams (legal, compliance, accounting) to achieve the companies' OKRs.
- Working hand to hand with the Treasurer Lead.

**What You Will Do**
- CPA degree, Administration or Financial related degree.
- Ability with numbers and computations.
- Hard sense of responsibility and companies core values.
- Operational experience of distinct online banking services.
- High attention to detail, organization and proactiveness.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- English language proficiency.
