At the moment we are looking for a Support Specialist to take care of our customers in the South America region.
**What you will need to be successful**:
- Have at least 1-year experience in technical support
- Have experience in communicating with clients both in chats and on the phone
- Readiness to work with flexible days off
- Basic knowledge of HTML, API, and logs
- Strong communications skills native/fluent in English
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-learning ability
**What you will be responsible for**:
- Handle both technical and non-technical incoming customers requests
- Web service support (including manual content moderation)
- Work alongside L2/L3 in case of crucial technical issues
