**The position will be located in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, and will directly report to both Strategic Supply Chain Manager/SRP Crushing solutions (solid line) and Regional Sourcing Manager/SMR/P&S (dotted line).**:
**Key performance **areas**:

- **Ensure optimal supplier performance in terms of cost, quality and delivery;**:

- **Ensure supplier adherence to Sandvik policies and procedures (NDA, ABC, Trade Compliance, Contracts, etc.);**:

- **Manage negotiations for strategic suppliers within the Division, in cooperation with other Divisions;**:

- **Manage Division/Unit compliance with, and use of, global and local contracts;**:

- **Monitor supply markets and interpret market intelligence;**:

- **Implement savings projects in the region to optimize the Division total cost of ownership;**:

- **Work according to processes, leveraging systems and tools;**:

- **Collaborate with Sourcing from other Divisions/Units to ensure sharing and implementation of best practices, execution of continues improvements, and implementation of supply strategies;**:

- **Establish relationships with other functions (e.g. inventory, engineering, technical service desks, operations, marketing, quality, etc.) to ensure understanding and support of strategic sourcing perspective to key processes;**:

- **Support development and implement category strategies; including priorities, targets and action plans;**:

- **Continuously update and manage information in our sourcing tools, ERP, and other company systems according to policies and procedures.**

**You are proactive, self-motivated and driven, with strong analytical skills.**:
**Easily develop productive relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders that drive results and promote cost effective solutions.**:
**Your negotiation skills are well-honed.**:
**Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical or business field.**:
**Excellent English skills, both verbal and written.**:
**Preferably previous experience in Supply Chain or Sourcing.**:
**Good Spanish skills, both verbal and written is an advantage.**:
