Customer Intelligence Inc. is a professional consulting service and marketing firm, providing cutting-edge services to help customers grow.CI specializes in the financial industry, Customer Intelligence Inc. also works with clients across multiple industries, payment brands, processing systems, and other enterprises with a focus on LATAM.Do you want to be a part of a collaborative environment?Are you motivated to stay on the cutting edge of consulting and marketing?Are you motivated by developing new insights into issues and developing sound recommendations that add real value to clients?THE ROLE We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst JR to provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process.The HR Analyst responsibilities include providing administrative assistance to our recruiting team and maintaining databases with candidate information.You will help keep our hiring process smooth and ensure we recruit and retain high-performing personnel.ABOUT YOU From 1-3 years of experience in HR as an Analyst or Talent Acquisition Analyst Take initiative and work independently Always willing to learn Build and maintain partnerships Strong problem solving Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner externally & across the business Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent organizational skills Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, in particular) Experience using different recruitment sources (Indeed, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, University platforms, etc.) Must be a detail- and customer-oriented team player with excellent organizational and follow-up skills Advanced English level is a must Conversational Spanish is a great plus WHAT YOU WILL DO: Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to support recruitment process according to their needs.Support the sourcing process that includes posting job openings on various job boards, headhunting, use of social networks, filtering of CVs, and contact with candidates.Support full-cycle recruiting process including interviews, technical exams, presentation, onboarding Maintain a complete record of interviews WHAT WE OFFER?Be part of an international consulting company.Exposure to multiple types of projects with people from all over Latin America A results-oriented approach, cultivated in all our collaborators Exposure to key decision makers in the industry in Latin America An exciting and professional work environment An indefinite independent contract 80% remote And of course...Attract the best talent worldwide
