As a key member of our global content team, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our crew.The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and casting emerging talent across social media platforms, staying on top of industry trends and best practices.A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.At least 2 years of experience in casting, story production, or talent interviewing is necessary.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in English and proficiency with various casting resources.Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch is also essential.High attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, and a positive attitude are must-haves.The selected candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and sourcing emerging talent across social media platforms.Posting casting calls aligned with creative outlines for new and ongoing productions.Screening, organizing, and categorizing auditions, preparing submissions for producer review.Coordinating auditions with talent, agencies, and managers, managing the talent booking process.Maintaining a robust casting database with accurate records and updated talent profiles.Collaborating with Performance Managers to validate profiles, negotiate terms, and align schedules.Producing and directing assigned content episodes, ensuring alignment with strategy, budget, and creative goals.Hosting the episodes on YouTube, being on camera as an interviewer.
