About Talent Acquisition RoleThis is a talent acquisition specialist role that involves managing candidate-related operational steps, communication via email and phone, scheduling interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Operational Execution: Execute all candidate-related operational tasks, including scheduling technical and client interviews, conducting non-technical interviews, coordinating availability, negotiating rates, and ensuring smooth onboarding transitions.Stakeholder Communication: Provide timely updates and handoffs through shared documents and meetings while keeping candidates informed, engaged, and aware of next steps and feedback throughout the process.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high operational standards.Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to improve scalability and candidate experience; develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs), and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency.Bandwidth & Pipeline Management: Manage large candidate pipelines daily by effectively prioritizing tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining consistent productivity and quality under high-volume conditions.Organization & Documentation: Maintain structured, accurate, and up-to-date spreadsheets and trackers to ensure data integrity and transparency across all processes.Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to company policies, process playbooks, and quality standards, while supporting audits and reporting efforts to ensure full compliance with organizational and industry regulations.Adaptability & Collaboration: Operate effectively in dynamic environments by switching contexts seamlessly, collaborating across global time zones, and maintaining accountability and clear communication to meet deadlines.
