**Qual será sua missão aqui na Macfor?**
- Operar, otimizar e escalar campanhas de Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads e programática voltadas à geração de demanda;
- Criar e executar estratégias de SEO técnico e editorial, com foco em geração de autoridade e captura de leads qualificados;
- Participar da criação e execução de campanhas de ABM, com personalização e inteligência de dados;
- Acompanhar métricas, montar dashboards e sugerir otimizações com base em dados de CRM, mídia e comportamento;
- Trabalhar com ferramentas como HubSpot, Make, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Segment, Clearbit, Lemlist, entre outras;
- Contribuir com o time de conteúdo e social media para alavancar campanhas com visão de funil completo;
- Construir testes, landing pages, criativos e assets com foco em experimentação e ROI;
- Trabalhar como um squad de growth (com mindset ágil e foco brutal em impacto de negócios).
**Requisitos**:
**O que estamos buscando na sua posição?**
- Experiência comprovada em execução de estratégias digitais voltadas para B2B;
- Portfólio com resultados claros em campanhas de mídia paga, automações e/ou growth;
- Proficiência em Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, ferramentas de automação e análise;
- Conhecimento técnico de SEO (on-page, off-page, técnico);
- Capacidade analítica: sabe montar, ler e apresentar dashboards orientados a metas;
- Inglês técnico para leitura de benchmarks, tendências e ferramentas globais;
- Capacidade de operar de forma autônoma, mas em sintonia com o time.
Diferenciais:
- Experiência anterior com marketing para empresas de tecnologia, agências ou SaaS;
- Certificações em Google, Meta, HubSpot ou similares;
- Noções de front-end (HTML/CSS/JS) para ajuste fino de landing pages e scripts;
- Familiaridade com ABM, LLMO (Large Language Model Optimization) e CRO.
