As a growth marketer, you should be analytical, think outside the box, and have excellent communication skills. You’ll be in touch with the technology, product, design, and sales team and work directly with the company’s founders.

**As part of the job, you will**:
- Create growth strategies for our product
- Execute those strategies across all marketing channels
- Design, run, and manage experiments to validate your assumptions
- Monitor tests and communicate the results to stakeholders
- Continuously improve the performance of our marketing strategies across channels
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product’s strategy, and perform revenue analysis
- Analyze and extract marketing insights from various channels and analytics platforms
- Deliver against target KPIs through continuous innovation, testing, and scaling of winning experiments.
**We are seeking**:
- Experience in Growth area
- Good knowledge of paid advertising and SEO
- Experience with working for SaaS B2B companies performing AB testing and using analytics tools
- High proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate effectively to make sure people know what you mean and avoid loss of
- time through miscommunications
- Problem-solver and fail-fast mindset
- Hands-on approaches
