Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of experience creating compelling audio and video content for media outlet, production company, music labels or technology company.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with multiple teams/stakeholders.
- Deep network of production and post-production freelancers in multiple cities.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and anticipate and make tradeoffs to balance the business needs versus creative constraints.
- Proven track record of owning projects from start to finish and delivering successful results.
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytic and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure content programs.

Job summary

Amazon Music is looking for a creative and organized content producer to help drive and execute our editorial video strategy across multiple channels and also Amazon Music Original audio productions. The content producer needs to be able to conceive and execute world-class, entertaining audio and video content from the idea stage to post-production, deploying both in-house resources and a network of external talent, working with artists, production teams and other teams within Amazon Music.

This role will be based in either Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and manage new video programs for multiple channels.
- Develop supplementary content for voice/audio programs.
- Manage production timelines.
- Implement scalable media storage solution.
- Oversee content creation from pre-production through post-production.
- Project manage workflows with internal and freelance stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with freelance audio and video crews in key markets.
- Manage relationships with Music studios and producers.
- Manage internal tools for upload the content into the platforms.
- Supporting with budget execution with internal and external partners.
- Supporting with sync and license with publishers, labels and other right holders.
- Supporting with data collect for tracking performance and reporting.
- Work with brand team to best represent Amazon Music through creative video content.
- Budget management and execution with internal and external partners.

- Music and/or entertainment industry experience interacting with artists.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fluid environment and think on the fly.
- Adobe Premiere and After Effects fluency.
- Pro-tools basic knowledge
