**Where you Fit In**:
As a Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist at Sportingtech, you will play a pivotal role in our Talent Acquisition function, directly supporting the Head of TA in building high-performing teams that drive our companys growth. Youll be an integral part of a collaborative HR team, with your contributions ensuring that we attract, engage, and hire the right talent to fuel our ambitious goals. The main area of focus will be across LatAM although you will have the opportunity to support hiring & HR efforts globally.

**Who are You**?

You are a skilled and experienced Tech Recruiter with a background in HR, bringing a deep understanding of the Brazilian recruitment landscape, ideally within the iGaming industry. You have a proven track record of successfully hiring software developers, QA engineers, and other critical roles across both tech and non-tech domains. Fluent in Portuguese and English, but can ideally speak Spanish too as we look to expand in to new territories in the future.

**The impact you will have**:

- Support the Head of TA and work with Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the companys hiring needs, and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Support the global Talent Acquisition team to ensure cover and support across all global vacancies, as required.
- Prepare and administer all new employee related documents.
- Prepare all pre on-boarding requirements.
- Oversee the successful onboarding of new employees.

**What were looking for**:

- Previous recruitment and HR experience, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Fluent verbal and written Portuguese & English bonus points if you are fluent in Spanish too.
- Strong organisational and management skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with job boards and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
- Ability to travel when required.
