**Project Manager**

**In this role you will**:

- Determine and define project scope and objectives
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and working plan
- Facilitate and manage complex, cross-functional, cross-business projects to completion
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Track project timelines and costs to meet projected budgets
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum/SAFe frameworks, including governance processes
- Solid understanding of strategic planning and organizational change management
- Ability to pro-actively identify risks and lead the development of mitigation strategies to address obstacles
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems creatively and quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in large scale systems integrations, vendor and consultant management

**Qualifications for this position include**:

- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience
- Knowledge of contact center operations with a familiarity of platforms such as Genesys, AWS, TalkDesk, Five 9
- Use of MS Project or Smart Sheets/Project Management Software
- Practical experience in both strategic & implementation engagements
- Agile certification and/or equivalent work experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Product Suite
