**Requisitos**:

- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics / Production/Industrial);
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Experience with product development in automotive industry;
- Experience with Intellectual Property is a plus;
- PMP® certification is a plus.

**Atividades**:

- You will be leading the pre-studies and deliveries like; state of the art analysis, vision alignment with strategy, pre-requisites definition, intellectual property rights and others;
- You will also drive definition and agreement with key stakeholders on acceptance criteria (incl. validation/verification activities), cross-functional development maturity progress alignment, securement of Business Cases to get ready for decisions and confirmation of Technology Readiness achieved;
- As Advanced Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible to secure that we have a good cross-functional delivery for the projects (JIRA Epics) related to Technology Development, from the Kick-off until Technology Readiness Level 6 is achieved;
- In this position, you will lead a diverse portfolio, ranging from smaller projects (related to components/sub-systems) to larger ones focusing on transportation solution concepts (i.e. complete truck);
- Open innovation is part of our DNA - you will have the opportunity to interact with universities, external partners and suppliers;
- Whenever in contact with external parties, good collaboration with Legal Department and Purchasing area will be crucial.
