Senior Engineering Project Manager

At Pixels 360, we pride ourselves on delivering creative digital solutions and outstanding client service.We are looking for a Senior Engineering Project Manager (MUST speak English fluently) to join our engineering team; a versatile professional who can expertly manage projects, work cross-departmentally, and ensure seamless communication between our clients and technical teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.Track project progress, mitigate risks, and address any issues that arise.Client Engagement: Serve as a liaison for clients, managing expectations, communicating project updates, and providing technical insights in an understandable way.Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with developers and engineering managers, offering guidance, ensuring adherence to best practices, and facilitating the resolution of technical challenges.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the agency's Creative team to align project goals and outcomes.Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate these into technical specifications and project plans.Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of project deliverables, ensuring they meet both client and company standards.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of project processes, decisions, and changes.Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.QualificationsExperience: 9-12 years of experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment, preferably within an agency or client-facing role.Technical Background: Proficiency in software development processes, coding practices, or technical infrastructure.Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.Project Management Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).Client-Facing Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing client relationships and expectations.Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically, manage risks, and provide effective solutions.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to adapt between Agile and Waterfall approaches based on project needsAdvanced proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, TrelloEXCEPTIONAL client-facing communication skills (MUST SPEAK ENGLISH FLUENTLY), including the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholdersDemonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between engineering, creative, and design departmentsExpertise in risk identification, mitigation planning, and proactive issue resolution in fast-paced agency environmentsStrong budgeting, resource allocation, and scope management skills to deliver projects on time and within budgetProficiency in requirements gathering, and backlog prioritizationSolid understanding of quality assurance (QA) processes, including testing strategies and acceptance criteriaExcellent leadership and mentoring abilities to guide junior team members and foster a collaborative team culture(Optional but recommended) Professional certification such as PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PMI-ACP is a strong plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
