DESCRIPTION

The Twitch Brand Partnership Studio is an award-winning branded content studio and we’re looking for a Creative Project Manager, with a passion for delivering great creative work.

Based in the Sao Paulo office, you will work closely with our Creative Strategist to coordinate the flawless project management and delivery of our campaigns across Brazil and beyond.

You will oversee multiple creative projects, develop an encyclopedic knowledge of the most talented creators on Twitch, and communicate with clients and own vendor relationships. You should be a problem-solver and critical thinker who knows how to bring ideas to life in an engaging way across digital platforms.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:

- Own the execution, project management and quality control of custom solutions projects from sale to project completion, ensuring client satisfaction, meeting all timeline milestones and delivering within the approved budgets.
- Create and manage schedules and budgets across all projects.
- Secure approvals, coordinate action items and communicate with production vendors, talent and sales, to maintain workflow through to live production.
- Represent the Brand Partnership Studio in client meetings. Advise on production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions.
- Build a deep knowledge of the Twitch creator ecosystem in Brazil and manage relationships with influencers through the production process.
- Manage project profitability, resource usage, financial reporting and billing.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience in a production manager / project management role, working with and delivering to external clients.
- Experience with digital technologies
- Can share ideas clearly
- Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and can self-manage and multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Resolve conflicts by finding win-win scenarios for everyone
- Ability to quickly embrace new technology concepts
- Experience with task management software e.g. Airtable, Asana
- Appreciate project timelines
- Excellent English and Portuguese

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Passion for video gaming and Twitch
- Experience with working with influencers and an eye for what makes great talent
