**This is a remote position, you can be located anywhere in Brazil.**

Rock is a global leader in content marketing, with offices in four countries, so English is our official language. Therefore, you will be tested on English language proficiency, and the results will be available to you by the end of the test.

As a CX analyst, you will Build, support, and launch customer-centric programs, processes, and content that create connections between Rock and our customers. This role will embody the “Voice of the Customer” internally and be an advocate for our customers, to support a customer-centric mindset and culture at Rock, globally.

**Your Impact**:

- Own and drive forward the execution of multiple customer marketing campaigns, initiatives, and programs at a given time, from initiation to launch, and provide reporting and performance results back to CX and CS leadership ongoing and following the conclusion of the campaign.
- Manage projects with the marketing and services teams, and potentially the talent network, to create and deliver new content tools and resources, including microsites, landing pages, and interactive tools to engage and support customers; ensure timely completion on deadline, and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Share platform, process, or service gaps impacting the customer experience, and propose improvements, innovations, or solutions to address gaps.

**What we are looking for**:

- Advanced English skills
- Experience in client service, customer experience, customer success, or customer support roles
- Experience in communications, marketing, analytics, CX, or related roles
- Understanding of marketing, sales, and customer journey touchpoints
- University or Higher Education Degree
- Skills in Project management
- Knowledge of Organizational Culture
