**Job Title: Spanish Virtual Medical Assistant (Spanish Speaker)**

**Work Location: Remote**

**Must Have(s)**:

- Strong Spanish and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- 1-3 years' experience handling Front Desk duties. (Answering phone calls, making follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments)
- 1-3 years' experience with insurance verification and checking eligibility.
- Proficient with various EMR/EHR software systems.
