Learn more about it here. **THE OPPORTUNITY** We are hiring a **Sales Operations & Performance Manager **to our **Global Sales & Operations** team in **São Paulo, Brazil** The Global Revenue Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Sales Operations Sr Manager to partner with our Spanish Speaking Latam Sales leadership to solve the most important strategic topics of our clients. You will help drive efficiency and sustainability to grow Wellhub business. You will be responsible for (i) defining and executing the foundations of sales operations - e.g. building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning for budget budget, etc -; (ii) managing variable compensation model, targets and attainment; and (iii) executing and scaling day-to-day operational processes - e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, reporting business results, etc. **YOUR IMPACT**: - As an individual contributor, play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity; - Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance; - Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis; - Establish working relationships with Commercial leaders (globally) and other cross-functional teams. Influence and provide thoughtful and well argumented challenges to them in order to achieve the best business solutions possible; - Manage the CRM (Salesforce) as well as other sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities. Identify gaps of functioning, build cases, and influence stakeholders for improvements; - Effectively manage and be knowledgeable of the data, while also being able own the overall sales strategy and planning deliverables. Ability to prioritize the main tasks - among several others - that will add the most value to Wellhub. Remain focused on strategic initiatives and not mostly in operational ones. - Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance. **WHO YOU ARE**: - Previous relevant work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience. - Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analysis; - Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership; - Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations; - Advanced/Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions; - Spanish proficiency would be a valuable asset, but not a requirement. - A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles; - Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM; - Find interest in championing the Wellhub product and mission. **WHAT WE OFFER YOU**: We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees.
